School Content Plan and Pricing

Here are our annual collection plans, interchangeable from one year to the next - giving you the freedom to choose the plan that’s right for you.

* This package includes a $3,000 p.a. content credit to spend on titles (eBook or print).

Prices exclusive of sales taxes
DRM/Hosting: A fee of US$2.00 per eBook will be charged (invoiced in addition to the price of the eBook at the time of purchase from Wheelers) relating to hosting, storage, and lending of that eBook with DRM protection. We reserve the right to review prices should market conditions or third party services change
Includes set-up of a new platform, LMS API if available, school wide access, school or public library consortium features, tech support, and access to promotional materials

The US$1,000 content credit is invoiced and payable on registration and then the anniversary of registration thereafter
The annual payments are content credits and can be used to purchase eBooks titles. Purchases are off-set against the content credit as you go
Additional titles can still be purchased once the content credit has been fully used
Content credits can only be used to purchase eBooks and are non refundable otherwise
If the whole content credit is not spent during the course of the year, the remaining balance can be rolled forward
Schools can change to the $250 hosting only plan at the end of any year

The $250 fee is invoiced and payable on registration and then the anniversary of registration thereafter
The $250 fee covers hosting for one year and is non-refundable. eBooks title purchases need to be paid for in addition to the hosting fee

Schools can change to the content credit plan at the end of any year
